Introduction

Fang Ji® FJ-DMA-4x series metal detectors are multi-frequency full-metal inspection equipment independently developed and manufactured by Fangji Infinite Technology Co., Ltd. Integrating in-depth industry characteristics with advanced industrial design concepts, the product features a sleek and aesthetically pleasing appearance, while ensuring easy installation and flexible mobility, adapting to diverse application scenarios.

In accordance with the operation process of the light textile industry and international quality inspection standards, the series launches three types of products tailored to the foreign body detection needs of the light textile industry, accurately covering different testing scenarios:

1. Magnetic Metal Needle Detector: Based on the principle of electromagnetic low-frequency technology, it can only identify magnetic metal foreign objects, and cannot detect non-magnetic metals such as copper and aluminum, as well as non-metallic foreign objects like stones, glass, wood chips and rubber;

2. All-Metal Needle Detector: Adopting electromagnetic mixing technology, it can detect all conductive metal foreign objects, but cannot identify non-metallic foreign objects such as stones, glass, wood chips and rubber;

3. X-ray Foreign Body Detector: Utilizes X-ray fluoroscopy imaging technology, combined with visual recognition and AI intelligent algorithms to achieve foreign body detection. In theory, any foreign object distinguishable by the human eye can achieve 100% accurate identification through machine training.

Applicable Scenarios:

1. Full-metal foreign body detection: Applicable to industries such as food, apparel, footwear, and plush toys (if the product itself contains metal components like metal zippers, PCBA, or wire frames, an X-ray metal detector is required);

2. Magnetic metal foreign body detection: In industries such as food, apparel, footwear, and plush toys, products containing hardware components like metal buttons, zippers, bead chains, and snap fasteners require magnetic metal detection. For scenarios involving broken needles (if the product itself contains magnetic metal components such as magnetic metal zippers, PCBA, or wire racks), X-ray metal detectors are necessary;

3. Magnetic metal foreign body detection for aluminum foil/tin foil packaging: Food products packaged in aluminum foil require magnetic metal foreign body detection (if the product itself contains metal components such as metal zippers, PCBA circuit boards, or steel wire racks, an X-ray foreign body detector is required).
